I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia while serving as a US Marine, this ended my military career. But I found that adapting a healthy lifestyle and exercise helped with the pain I was feeling. This started my passion towards helping those that struggle with their weight, whether due to illness, pain or just life in general. I truly take your weight and fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized nutrition and fitness plan. I promise you real food, no supplements, customized workouts. With years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. All plans include healthy eating and exercise, no drugs or supplements, with real food, recipes, tricks for eating out and more to ensure the best results for you. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. I offer private weekly meetings to help track your progress. Give me 8 weeks to change your life.
I understand that adapting new healthy eating and fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on food, eating and fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. The first 8 weeks will change your life.
Do you want a way to lose weight fast and feel great all while eating real food? Then this is for you. We start together by analyzing your goals, discussing your current lifestyle and any obstacles and limitations that we need to work around. I'll create a personalized plan for you, along with weekly progress meetings, budget friendly recipes, tricks for eating out and a private Facebook group for you to join if you wish. After the initial 8 weeks, we will review your goals and make any modifications from there.
Virtual or in person personal training sessions are available. I'll teach you some of the best exercises to lose weight, gain muscle and reach your fitness goals.
